Enjoying some downtime

It was nice to get back into some cloud building this week, and for once everything I built worked first time, which was nice!! 🤩

I have just returned this week after spending two weeks on planned annual leave, jetting off to The Algarve, Portugal with my family for some R&R.

Given how busy everything is, across all aspects of life, it is good to have some downtime if you can.

While I may have taken a few peeks at AWS news [who could miss the CodeCommit retirement!], it is important to switch off from time to time.

For me, this meant sitting on the beach eating pizza from our favourite pizza place in the town while watching the sun go down. Bliss.

I am currently working on another blog post to do with some Beta testing AWS asked me to do, which was pretty cool…

… and some other exciting things are going on which I will share soon. For now, enjoy the pizza picture! 🍕 ☀
